At Dale, we aim to deliver satisfaction through our platform. If you are not entirely satisfied, here is our refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are granted if:

  • A request is made within 2 days of initial purchase, and

  • There is a critical technical issue unresolved within a reasonable time

  • The refund does not apply to Lifetime Deal purchases or custom plans

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind

  • Refunds are not issued for partial usage or subscription downgrades

  • Promotional offers and discounted deals are final

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Subject: Refund Request

  • Include your account email, invoice number, and reason for the request

We’ll respond within 2-5 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days.
